In its wish to contribute to the creation of a peaceful, democratic and multicultural society in Europe, the Evens Foundation wants to collaborate with other institutions for the organization of conferences that have the capacity to create awareness on certain issues the European Union is confronted with and to encourage European citizens to take active part in building the future of Europe. Under the umbrella  “European citizenship and values in a changing Europe”, different themes that are linked to current concerns in the European Union will  be presented.

The European Reflection Forum aimed to bring together experts, journalists, academics and politicians dealing with issues relating to European integration. The concept of the Forum therefore contributed to the need for European reflection in a wider circle of experts.
